NDIS Support Coordination
When you first receive a NDIS Plan it can be daunting where to start. A Disability Support Coordinator is a person who is funded in your NDIS Plan.
Once you appoint your Disability Support Coordinator they will do all of the behind-the-scenes work, including processes, liaising, and paperwork.
The Coordinator will set you up with the service providers you have received funding for.
A Support Coordinator also sorts out any related requirements NDIS has when adjustments to the Plan are needed.
