Disability Support Coordination (Australia Wide)

When you first receive a NDIS Plan it can be overwhelming where to start, so a Disability Support Coordinator is a person funded in your NDIS Plan that does all the behind-the-scenes processes/liaising/paperwork which sets you up with service providers that your NDIS Plan has approved you for as well as any related requirements NDIS has when adjustments to the Plan are needed/NDIS reviews are needed.

If you have received Support Coordinator funding, it will be clearly listed in your plan. Our service works only with NDIS “Plan Managed” participants.
