NDIS Support Coordinator
A NDIS Support Coordinator is primarily responsible for helping individuals with disabilities create and implement a plan that addresses their specific needs and goals. Coordinators work with the individual, as well as their family and carers, to understand their unique circumstances and create a plan that will help the individual achieve greater independence and improve their overall quality of life.
Once the plan is in place, the NDIS Support Coordinator helps the individual connect with appropriate service providers, such as therapists, equipment suppliers, and community organizations. They also monitor the progress of the plan and make adjustments as needed.
